This policy explains which payments to Phil-Aus Adventure can be refunded. Fees are always explained and confirmed in writing before you pay.

Free services
Consultations, assessments and webinars are free, so there is nothing to pay or refund.
Non-refundable fees
Contract signing fees and processing fees are non-refundable once paid. Amounts we pay to others for you, such as government visa application charges, school fees, insurance and English test fees, are also non-refundable. Those charges are set and kept by the government, school or provider.
When you will get a refund
If Phil-Aus Adventure cancels a service before we start it, or charges you by mistake, we refund what you paid for that service.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the Philippine Consumer Act (Republic Act 7394), the Australian Consumer Law, or the written contract you sign with us. If we do not provide a service as promised, contact us and we will work it out with you.
How to ask about a refund
Email or call us with your full name, the service, and the amount and date of payment. We will reply and explain the next steps.
We may update this refund policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
