About these terms

These terms apply when you use our website, book a consultation or send us a form. Services you pay for are covered by the written contract you sign with us. If that contract and these terms differ, the contract applies.

Who we are

Phil-Aus Adventure (Phil-Aus Adventure International, ABN 20 661 319 080) helps Filipinos study, work and migrate to Australia and New Zealand. Our offices are in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines and New South Wales, Australia.

Information on this website

We work to keep this website accurate. Visa rules, government charges, school fees, processing times and requirements are set by governments and schools and can change at any time. Treat the website as general information, not advice for your situation. Your consultant will confirm what applies to you.

Visa decisions

Visa decisions are made by the Australian Department of Home Affairs or Immigration New Zealand, not by Phil-Aus Adventure. Past results and approval rates show our track record. They do not guarantee that your application will be approved.

Consultations, bookings and forms

Consultations and assessments are free. When you book or send a form, give true and complete details. We will contact you about your request by phone, email, SMS or the channel you chose.

Fees and payments

Fees for paid services are explained during your consultation and confirmed in writing before you pay. See our Refund Policy for when fees can be refunded.

Using the website fairly

Do not send false or misleading information, try to break into the website or admin area, or copy our content for commercial use without our permission.

Our content and trademarks

The Phil-Aus Adventure name, logo, photos and text belong to us or are used with permission. Partner school logos belong to their owners. Landmark photos are used under Creative Commons licences and credited where they appear.

Links to other websites, such as Google, Facebook, schools and government sites, open in a new tab. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on general information on this website. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the Philippine Consumer Act (Republic Act 7394), the Australian Consumer Law, or the written contract you sign with us.
